Our medical devices and equipment, supplied by renowned European manufacturers, comply with strict legislative requirements and meet the highest professional standards. Our Services

Our rental services include seamless device installation, maintenance, user training, and legislative compliance. We ensure that all rented devices operate reliably, providing you with equipment in excellent condition, complete with valid documentation, allowing you to focus entirely on your work. All of this is included in the rental price.

We also offer both one-time and long-term servicing of your devices, including safety technical inspections, calibration, validation, maintenance, and user training. We equip your centers with valid documentation in accordance with current legislation and ensure its continuous renewal during long-term cooperation.

The Best for You

We deliver the rented devices to your specified location, commission them in compliance with regulations, and retrieve them after the rental period. Commissioning at the location includes safety technical inspections (STI), validation, and calibration performed by authorized technicians, followed by user training and issuance of documentation per current legislation. In this impeccable condition, the device is handed over to the lessee.

For small devices that do not require STI and connection to the electrical network (thermometers, oximeters, tonometers, etc.), installation and user training are not conducted. However, telephone consultation with a technician is available, and if necessary, an on-site visit can be arranged.

We maintain a record of devices and proactively dispatch technicians to perform necessary tasks.

Our Commitment Doesn’t End with Rental

We guarantee immediate service response; in the case of complex repairs, we provide an adequate replacement device. Along with the devices, we supply additional equipment and consumables (e.g., infusion sets, test tubes, etc.) as per client requirements.

Each of our medical devices and equipment is insured against basic natural risks. We are prepared to extend this insurance according to your needs and requirements.

If you are uncertain about the choice of medical device, we are happy to assist in finding a suitable solution based on the required parameters or procure equipment beyond our portfolio.

About Us

Clinvita is a Czech independent company specializing in the rental of medical devices and equipment. We provide professional service and support to our clients, including pharmaceutical companies and healthcare facilities, particularly in the field of clinical studies, by equipping their centers with necessary devices, maintaining these devices, and managing legislative documentation.

We commenced our operations in 2019 and have since expanded our presence across Slovakia and Hungary, aiming towards other key countries within the European Union.
